What is a boutique hotel?
“A small stylish hotel, typically one situated in a fashionable urban location”. The Lofts consist of only 4 Luxury, King Hotel rooms and is located in the heart of Downtown Chama.

Where are you located?
Located in the heart of downtown Chama, on the second floor of the Sterling & Sage building, east side of the highway right next to the Cumbres & Toltec train yard. Below the Lofts is Railyard Rebel, an eclectic boutique and gift shop. The rooms are up a flight of stairs, so please take this into consideration when booking. There will not be someone there to help carry luggage to your room.

What does ‘Contactless Check-in’ mean?
There is no front desk. We will communicate directly with you via email and text messaging. You will receive all check-in instructions (door codes, wifi info, etc.) the day before your check-in date. We are available if any need arises.

Is there A/C?
Yes! The rooms have A/C and heat.

What amenities do you offer?
Wifi - We call our wifi, ‘mountain high speed’, which may not seem as fast for some folks, but we do have it.

What can I leave at home?
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, & body wash

Is there coffee in the room?
Yes! Each room has a Keurig Coffee Maker with regular coffee and the option for tea.

Is there a microwave?
There is one community microwave for guest use.

Is there free parking nearby?
Yes! Sterling & Sage has its own private lot, and is reserved for the guests at the Lofts from 5pm-9am.

Can I bring my furry friend?
Unfortunately no, we do not allow pets.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, we request no guests under the age of 12. The maximum occupancy of each room is two adults.

What is the cancellation policy?
We require cancellations 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund
